David Moret, the Beaune micro-négociant also known for Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, sources Chardonnay from limestone and clay soils in Rully and ages it for 15 months in French oak. A 4.2 rating on Vivino is rare for the price, making it an easy way into white Burgundy.
